The Big Mission Festival

The Big Mission Festival celebrates the ‘Here and Now’ of black British dance. This three-day Festival showcases the best in black British dance, with professional and emerging choreographers and dancers.
Programme includes:
- Public professional performances and New Artists Platforms.
- Networking forums with critical debate, bringing artists together with promoters and other industry professionals.
- Opportunities for professional development with international master classes.
- Personal development workshops.
- Arts fundraising, marketing workshops and lots more
The focus is on the aesthetic of black British dance in its modern and contemporary form and all its influences and targets black dance artists, arts promoters and anyone interested in the development of the black dance genre.
Each Festival features 15 performances by a range of companies, both national and international.
